I've been a bit slack in blogging here over the last few days (until my last post that is) - partly because I stupidly forgot the e-mail account I had associated with this blog. (Since I want to keep it anonymous, I'm not exactly going to use my regular e-mail).
So I haven't been keeping track of my food as much as I should have been.
My weight has still be going down. Yesterday (Tuesday 1 May) (I think I need to change the time settings on this blog as I'm in Australia so we are GMT+10) I was 48.5kg, so 106.7lbs. Not great considering last Thursday I was 48.9kg (107.6lbs), that is only a loss of 0.9lbs in 5 days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I thought I would be losing a lot more weight on Acxion.
I basically am not hungry when I take it. Yes, I'm still eating, but no where near as much as I would be normally. I am a 'snacker' - I would always eat small portions but would always eat consistently throughout the day. Now I'm still eating pretty small portions but I'm not really snacking. So I thought my weight would be going down more.
However, I'm not exercising, which is partly because I've been so insanely busy at work (another reason I actually wouldn't care if the Acxion caused insomnia - see my last post about my sleeping issues), but also because the Acxion does seem to speed up my heart rate. So part of me is like - well is there any point in taking it if I can't exercise on it? How many calories am I "saving" per day (by not eating) versus how many I could be using if I was exercising?
And I'm already starting to sightly panic about what will happen when I run out, and am wondering whether to try to buy more.
